Graduation this Wednesday, May 20th
It is finally here!! The weather is looking promising, however if it turns bad - we will be inside the Parker Field House. That means each student will receive 10 tickets. If it remains outside on the football field, then everyone will be welcome. Students will receive their 10 tickets at the end of rehearsal if we need to move the ceremony into the fieldhouse. Rehearsal is mandatory and begins at 11am sharp on the Parker Football Field; 400 Wright Rd. Graduation itself begins at 7pm, but the gates will open for seating at 6pm. Seating is first come first serve, and we do have spots available for wheel chairs.
Senior Breakfast, Wednesday May 20th at 9am.
The best way to not miss rehearsal is to attend our Senior Breakfast at IA. It is put on by The Ivy Table and we begin to eat at 9am. We stop at about 10:30, so we can make it to rehearsal on time. It is always so delicious and a good way to start such a busy and important day. Please plan on attending a very cool event.
Senior Pics turned into Mr. McDowell
There are still several seniors who have not turned in their picture for graduation. If you do not, Mr. McDowell will be forced to find a picture of you that we have or a generic IA symbol. If you do not want to run the risk of public embarrassment, please send him your picture to [email protected]. The pictures need to be received by the end of the school day on Monday May 18th.

Howell Public Schools is hosting open interviews for Special Education Paraprofessionals on Tuesday, June 9, from 9:00–11:00 a.m. and Wednesday, June 10, from 12:00–2:00 p.m. Interviews will be held in the Edinburgh Room of the district's administrative offices at 411 N. Highlander Way in Howell. We are looking for caring, compassionate individuals who are passionate about supporting students and making a difference each day. Learn About Upcoming International Trips
Students and families will have the opportunity to learn about two upcoming international travel experiences scheduled for Summer 2027 and Spring Break 2028. An informational meeting for the Spring Break 2028 trip to Italy, France, and Spain — featuring visits to Rome, Florence, Provence, Nîmes, and Barcelona will take place on Wednesday, May 20, at 6 p.m. in the Howell High School Freshman Campus cafeteria. An informational meeting for the Summer 2027 trip to Budapest, Vienna, and Prague will also be held on Wednesday, May 20, at 6 p.m. in Room 105 of the Howell High School Freshman Campus.
