The March weather has definitely been roaring in like a lion, so I am hoping we can get the lamb part of that phrase here soon. Just a few quick updates before the next Michigan snow storm happens.
HHS Late Start Tuesday 3-14
Whenever Howell High School has a late start day, this unfortunately affects our busing. We will not be able to offer morning bus rides tomorrow, and tomorrow only. The afternoon will run as normal.
Senior Only Day
On Friday March 24th, we will do another Senior Only Day. I am almost 100% certain this will be the last of these offered. Seniors, and seniors only, can be here all day. With SAT and ACT testing right around the corner, the number of available days to work with the mentors before May 12th Standard Completion Day is dwindling. There are still a few seniors who are not finished and need to focus on completion. Please take advantage of this before it is too late.
Graduation Information
Speaking of seniors, as of right now all seniors will be receiving 6 graduation tickets toward the graduation ceremony. You get your tickets at rehearsal on May 24th. You must be at rehearsal to get your tickets and to walk in the ceremony later that evening.
SAT / ACT Testing
The testing dates are out, and are different for each student. Some students will not need to report the weeks of April 10th and 17th, while others will need to be here every day. Please check with your mentor or Mr. LaGalo, to know your exact schedule.
